Debbie is a highly experienced Crisis Communications and Reputation Management
Specialist and Trainer. She has an outstanding track record of success and particular
expertise in media, customer and stakeholder relations, creative copywriting and
organising events. Her diverse experience and proven skills have been gained during
more than 30 years in director level roles across the private and public sectors working
in-house with major PLCs, in leading PR agencies.

Debbie’s front-line experience covers a wide range of industries including chemicals,
manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, leisure, property, IT, telecoms, animal welfare
and automotive. She has specific proven skills in crisis/reputation management
including directing national campaigns to defuse hostile and sensitive situations. These
have involved accidents and fatalities, environmental conflicts, confrontational pressure
group campaigns, large scale redundancy situations, takeover bids and company
closures. She also has superb expertise in customer engagement and retention,
branding and business development.
